I just bought this. I want to make my own gyros.

Beef and Lamb Gyros. Each meet was cut into 1/4" slices.
They were marinated over night then stacked and coocked.
The meats came out great. The vegies as well. I made my own flat bread. Costco makes an amazing tzetsuki sauce I cannot compete with.
It was so good. I can make this over and over again.

I even made my own tzatziki sauce.
So good, so good.
