
Cantelope Mango Ice Cream

1/2 fresh cantelope
1/2 cup fresh mango
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups half and half
2 eggs
3/4 cup raw sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cut up the fruit and blend very well in a blender, add the rest and
blend some more.
This took 3 times the reccomended amount of time in the ice cream maker.
