My 30 year old Kenmore set just weren't cutting it for Rema so she went out and bought a nice top of the line LG washer
and dryer. These things are pretty sweet. It's fun to just sit there and watch a load of clothes get clean.  

The water heater died on me so I had to install a new one. Boy did they go up in price since the last one I installed about 8 years ago. Still I opted for one of the better 50 Gallon ones that is self cleaning for the sediments. It has an electric start for the pilot light which is nice. The hot shower I had was so great after a few days of luke warm ones with the old unit.
