I like to stop by Industrial Metal Supply in Burbank, CA every once in a while and get stuff from their remnents bins. It is a lot cheaper than buying full pieces of stock and they often have jems. This is my current supply as of 5/31/2009.
Aluminum: I use this the most so I have more of it. It is also the cheapest metal.
Brass: Since I will be making lots of antique engines soon I wil need more of this.
Steel: I have more than this example but these are my finds.
