PID Controller Install

Intial burn in



In comparison to the dead Charbroil electric smoker.



It's nice that it's on large castors. It makes it easy to move and store. I also like that the cover has a zipper.



the screen on the controller died so it was time to upgrade to a
PID controller with WIFI



Replaced water tray with an aluminum tray. It holds more water keeping the temps stable and has better air flow.



Amazen smoking tube



Goo Gone spray makes an easy cleaning. This is after 3 smokes or 20 hours.





I had to disassemble the auger and clean it out.



First cook a 7Lb pork butt and a cut of Steelhead Trout.



Injected, rubbed and resting.





It's been stalled at 154* for two hours



Steelhead Trout and Bison burgers



Bison burgers came out amazing.



Put them on sour dough



Steelhead Trout came out great



17 hours later I bumped it up tpo 275*



So damn good it's worth it.




added some bbq sause and it's even better.
